How do I know if my order has been shipped? We will email you of your shipping date and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Where does Sistawood Ship? Sistawood ships Australia wide, with all goods shipped via Australia Post. 

Do you ship Internationally? Unfortunately Sistawood does not ship Internationally.

Can I pick up my order? Definitely! Pickup is from Nagambie, Vic. If you want to pick up your order to avoid shipping costs or you want a plant included in your order, simply use the discount code PICKUP at checkout. Plants are at no extra cost. Once you have placed your order, be sure to send us an email to discuss further pickup arrangements.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES & LOST PARCELS

What happens if my order gets lost or damaged? Every care is taken when packaging our products, we use safe packaging materials to prevent items from being damaged in transit and ensure they arrive to you in the same condition they left us.

All orders are tracked using Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided to you once your parcel is dispatched allowing us to track the parcel from dispatch to arrival, avoiding lost parcels.

Sistawood is not liable for lost or damaged goods once dispatched.

What if there is something wrong with my product? Sistawood are not responsible for 'change of mind' so please consider your purchase carefully. However please contact us if you have an issue with your product as each request will be considered individually.

Can I cancel my order? If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so if we have not yet started making your product. Please note this may not always be possible as we endeavour to start making your products as soon as the order has been placed. A direct refund would be issued.
